Days 3 - 5: Sat 18 to Mon 20 Jun - London (Putney)
It
was great to catch up with Dale again, but he was working long hours so I didn’t
manage to see him much until I came back from Europe. After a great night’s sleep and some brekky, I
was out into the centre of London on the bike. Hyde Park, Buckingham Palace,
changing of the guards, Horse Gardens, Leicester Square, Trafalgar Square, etc,
etc, etc. I had spent four months here
in 2003 with the Army so really got to know my way around. It was great to be back. Returned
to Dale’s for a nice cuppa tea and to watch the Rugby with Clint (Dale’s
flatmate).
